The installation team from Crow Technologies is one of the finest teams around. They were professional and helped us to understand the entire process of our audio system. Marty answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable. Working with him was a pleasure. We were referred to Crow Technologies by a friend of ours, and we have not been disappointed. We were really surprised to find that Marty has been working in the field as long as he has. His knowledge was amazing and he didn’t overwhelm us with a lot of the technical aspects. He was very passionate about his work. The system sounds great and is really simple to use. I though I’d need a degree in astrophysics and engineering to operate it, but quite the contrary. We couldn’t be happier.

We had dealt with another
audio and video company before calling Marty at Crow Technologies. What
a difference ! We were not happy with our first choice for our new house
in Orleans, MA. When we called Marty and explained the situation, he
came right out and looked at the job. He gave us a fair price but more
importantly he took all of our stress away. That other company was very
difficult to work with. Thankfully we found Marty and he took care of
us.

I had this pile of remotes on my coffee table. After about a month I could work them. The problem was nobody else in my house could. I called Marty and he set us up with a simple universal remote and programmed it for us. It only took him a couple of hours to do it. He made it possible for everyone to use our system. Our only wish is that we had called him sooner. Thanks again for making it so simple.
